Introduction to Trust for Leaders
The ability to build trust is considered to be the single most important leadership competency. Introduction to Trust for Leaders is a 60 – 90 minute interactive workshop to review the role of trust in organizations, its importance in delivering powerful results and ways of improving it. We introduce a way to talk about trust, to recognize how, where and why it may be missing and to work to create an environment where trusting and productive partnerships can flourish. The program is for leaders who have responsibility for delivering exceptional results and who are looking to increase their effectiveness.
We live and work in a network of conversations and commitments. To deliver powerful results, we need to have effective conversations, make clear commitments and deliver on them. Delivering Results is a 60 – 90 minute interactive seminar to review the ways in which we deliver results and identify straightforward actions that can be taken to improve the performance of a team or work group. The seminar is for Leaders, Leadership Teams and other staff who have responsibility for delivering exceptional results with limited resources. They are looking to increase their effectiveness.
